We first designed Reality-SalesTraining.com as a simple brochure site in 2004 and, after several years of updates and tweaking, we all decided the company could benefit from a redesign that better highlighted products and services while establishing them as the best sales trainer to do business with in the Portland Metro Area.

In 2001, James left trading to start his own sales training business,
Reality Sales Training. James also owns two Dry Cleaning operations,
has owned properties and apartments, which gives him a unique
perspective not only as a seller and a trainer, but also as a business
owner who understands management for profitability. James bottom line
approach to sales training is designed to give you and your sales team
immediate results. Profitability, teaching, learning and winning are
James' passions.
