Working under Coldwell Banker Bain, Tanya Christensen needed a way to define herself within the brand’s guidelines and standout from the competition. Our solution resulted in print and digital assets describing her services and experience while displaying the homes she has sold. By utilizing Coldwell Banker Bain’s typography and shades of blue throughout the designs we create a sense of professionalism and expertise. The layout offers clear explanation of what Tanya Christensen does and who she is while keeping the main focus on her homes that she is marketing or has sold.
Just because there are brand guidelines does not mean there isn’t a way to create something unique and that you can call your own.

We performed a training and designed the native files in an accessible way for Tanya so that she could easily make changes on her own with minor experience and research on her end.
