Washington County Project Homeless Connect was able to partner with Vision Action Network, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, Pacific University, Washington County and Providence Health & Services. Working together, various volunteers and community sponsors now successfully bring the following services to the Homeless community of Washington County, each year.”
