Project Overview
Project Homeless Connect needed an improved online medium to communicate to its community its multifaceted approach to supporting individuals affected by homelessness and their values of building trusting relationships and their variety of services.
The goal was to upgrade the visual identity, improve content organization, showcase updated photography of events and volunteers, and provide clear call-to-actions on how to help.

This website refresh was accomplished through a WordPress prebuilt template in response to budget considerations.
The modified color palette included an emphasis on blue and gradients to help maintain a consistent and inviting design while utilizing its red conservatively to grab attention. that aided in maintaining a consistent and inviting design. Concurrently, the content underwent a reorganization to enhance accessibility and information delivery, with dedicated sections for each service area, including street outreach, access center, shelter services, and housing resources with case management.
Additionally, the website prominently showcased updated photography of events and volunteers, capturing the impact of Project Homeless Connect’s endeavors and the dedication of their volunteers. Clear call-to-action buttons strategically placed throughout the site facilitated user engagement, guiding visitors on how to contribute, whether through volunteering, donations, or accessing services. These enhancements collectively transformed the website into a visually compelling and informative platform, effectively communicating the organization’s mission and services while encouraging community involvement and support.
